El 15 de diciembre está previsto el lanzamiento de un nuevo documental sobre el grupo The Immediate Family, un supergrupo, en realidad, de rock and roll formado por Danny Kortchmar (guitarra y voz), Waddy Wachtel (guitarra y voz), Leland Sklar (bajo), Russ Kunkel (batería) y Steve Postell (guitarra y voz).
La película se rodó gracias al director Denny Tedesco, y durante más de un año el proyecto estuvo presente en varios festivales de cine de todo el mundo, obteniendo elogios en todas partes.
Para mantener el impulso, The Immediate Family también lanzará un nuevo álbum de estudio, su segundo larga duración, titulado Skin in the Game el 16 de febrero de 2024, a través de Quarto Valley Records. El disco consta de 14 canciones y fue producido por los propios músicos. Os dejamos el tráiler del documental y el vídeo oficial del tema de adelanto "The Toughest Girl in Town".
